Insurance Aviation Team Manager

Growing, vibrant, energetic, Eastern Regional insurance agency with a focus on High Net Worth clientele, benefits, P&C and Aviation, is now seeking a leader for our growing aviation business unit.

With offices in the Northeast tri-state area, Southeast and Texas, our aviation unit seeks a leader which can instill confidence in our client accounts, ultimately allowing more business revenue, while managing account executives as well as finding cost savings and areas of improvement.

This position requires:

• 10 years in aviation insurance with a significant portion managing key client accounts from the retail agency side of the business
• Presentable communication skills for high end accounts and ability to deal with diverse personalities involved
• Experience with private jet, FOBs, Charter, jet sharing services are highly preferred skill

While this is a flexible work/remote opportunity, ability to travel within NY/NJ tri-state when necessary is required.
