About the Author: Frank G. Risalvato obtained his BS in Business from New Jersey City University in 1985, working 14 hour days to pay for his tuition. In 1987 he was offered his first job as a search consultant under the mentorship of a Deloitte CPA firm Audit Manager. Under his tutelage he began positioning one executive each and every month. In 1991 he launched his own firm, IRES, Inc. (www.iresinc.com) and by 1997 was being asked by state, regional and national recruiting associations to help others with seminars, lectures and presentations.
