Unique opportunity for seasoned, experienced Customer Service/Call Center leader with retirement health insurance call center experience for Fort Myers, Florida or Appleton, Wisconsin or Anaheim, California office.

About this opportunity

Midwest based business process outsourcing company with large, national healthcare insurance clients seeks a leader to be part of the highest level management team. Your hiring skills will be put to the test as you ramp up staff in stages of to 100 or more call center representatives per hiring round.

Mega health insurers will be your clientele with the call center handling both outbound and inbound calls involving both 1-800 service phone lines as well as outbound sales/marketing calls.

Multi-six figure position will be responsible for 50-100 hires during first year, with additional ramp-up ability during peak season.

What we require:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or similar
  • 8-10 years of health insurance sales staff or call center supervisory experience
  • Current experience with either health care primary insurer or other outsourcing company with heavy healthcare emphasis
  • Ability to manage sales cycle, make recommendations on software, equipment and participate with technology upgrades
  • Must have supervisory or management experience of 40-50 or more sales reps with ability to ramp up to 100, 200 or 300 as needed
